Final payment will be based on prevailing Euro currency: at time of publication 1 EUR = 1.22 USD. We highly recommend purchasing Travel & Cancellation Insurance to protect your investment. Deposits and final payments are 100% non-refundable; your payment constitutes acceptance of this policy. Your reservation is confirmed once you submit your signed invoice with your acceptance of this policy with your deposit.
We are not responsible for any fees you might incur that insurance, or trip cancellation does not cover. Tour requires participation of 14 guests. Should we have a shortfall you will be notified by 7 months out and a full refund will be issued. Pricing is per guest and includes all meals and items noted in the program. If changes are deemed necessary, adjustments will be at our discretion and held to the same standards. No refund on unused nights. Transportation included for scheduled excursions only. Should you opt out of tour, lunch will be available at the villa. No refunds on unused tours, or changes due to inclement weather. Should the Italian government issue new taxes, or fuel increase, while rare, additional collection will be necessary prior to departure. Some restrictions apply.

Deposits & Payment Schedule to confirm reservation:

1st Deposit $1500 with signed copy of cancellation policy due within 7 days to confirm your booking
2nd Deposit due 8 months prior, equaling 50% of the total tour, if booking within 8 months, both deposits due to equal 50% of tour
Final Payment Due 90 days prior

Villa rentals only require 55% Deposit, Final Payments due 90 days

Lunches Are Included With Tours, Otherwise at the Villa
Antipasti Every Evening at 6:30
Followed by 3- Course Dinner 7:30

Since each property is different requests for chef, staff etc., will be handled separately
